Historically close to industry, our lab manages its research in response to partners problematics within european or national project (French ANR/RIAM), rigional ones (Languedoc-Roussillon region) or through technologic incubator of école des mines d’Alès.
Here some of our industrial or academic partners: e.⁺, Solunea, Owanis consulting (projet DOCALIS), Inserm (for which we developed collaborative platforms for ITS, IHP or Cancer), CEA (see the collaborative platform ToxNuc), Nétia, I-Nova, SAP CEC Karlsruhe.

In collaboration with the CEA (French Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission — Commissariat à l’énergie atomique et aux énergies alternatives) we developped collaborative platforms that have been used as support for a scientific community. Scientists from different fields (chemistry, physics, biology, etc.) involved in research about nuclear toxicity and its impact on environment used this ToxNuc platform. To favor interaction, an ontology has been conceived and developped within this project. You can download it from the Bioportal website.
